Meet our Presenter
Nelly Guzman leads Catholic Charities’ Resource Hub Case Management department spanning across both Cook and Lake Counties. The Resource Hub currently serves as the front door to CCAC services and a pathway connecting clients to case management and direct financial assistance. Nelly holds an LSW and obtained her MSW from Governors State University. She has 14 years of social service experience, 8 with Catholic Charities.
