The Next Chapter:
Since its founding, the Alliance has worked to strengthen Lake County’s human service sector through education, resource sharing, and collaboration in support of our most vulnerable communities.
In recent years, rising needs and tightening budgets have made this work more complex. To reduce financial strain on our partners and ensure long-term sustainability, we believe programming is best offered outside a membership model.
Over the past year, the Alliance and the Lake County Community Foundation have aligned leadership development efforts to ensure this work continues in a sustainable, equitable, and accessible way.

Continuing the Work. Expanding the Impact.
Effective July 1, 2026, the Alliance will sunset. The Lake County Community Foundation (LCCF) will adopt the Alliance’s core programming that is dedicated to serving executives, emerging leaders, and client-facing staff. The services our members have found value in will now become part of LCCF’s Leadership & Capacity Building work.

A coalition for front line service providers that offers networking, education, and coordination of client services

CEU opportunities for licensed and certified behavioral health providers

Capacity building and leadership development for aspiring executives

Programming that informs attendees of significant policies at the state, federal and local level and the impact they have on the nonprofit sector
