Who We Are

We are Collaborators

We collaborate with Lake County Human Services Professionals on shared best practices. We plan regular training and technical assistance events, resulting in lower cost access to high-quality training and assistance for your organization. Topics are determined by members, and may include board governance, effective advocacy, and preparing for emergencies in our sector.

We are Coordinators

We coordinate with service providers to share information and provide holistic care. Working with individuals, we have learned that holistic and coordinated care have the best outcomes, and we efficiently refer clients to providers of ancillary services.

We are Advocates

We are advocates in our community, sharing both successes and needs through networking and educational opportunities to facilitate members sharing. Through this, we are able to participate as a voice for Lake County in larger advocacy groups. We identify real-time needs and trends, and pass that information on within the community.
