The Alliance: Looking Ahead

Since its founding, the Alliance has strengthened Lake County’s human service sector through education, collaboration, and shared leadership. In the face of growing community needs and tightening resources, we believe this work is best sustained through collaboration rather than competition.

Effective July 1, 2026, the Alliance will sunset, and the Lake County Community Foundation will adopt the Alliance’s core leadership programming for executives, emerging leaders, and client-facing staff.
