So many of us are struggling to hire and retain staff. But what is the average salary for staff in the Lake County Human Service Sector? The Alliance is partnering with the Boys and Girls Club of Lake County to conduct a survey to help develop consistent compensation within the industry, improve our compensation structure and help each of us fundraise for it.
