Since 2015, Rachel Chenier has led the Family First Center of Lake County, where she uses her expertise in strategic planning, fundraising, and community engagement to strengthen operations and expand impact. Starting with the organization in 2009, Rachel has played a key role in elevating its profile, securing support, and ensuring mission fulfillment.
