The Alliance’s (Respecting Every Single Person through Outreach, Networking and Diversity) virtual meetings provide resources and invests in those we depend on to directly provide services for Lake County. September’s meeting will feature an update on the latest Cov-id developments plus a conversation from Alissa Rausch, Intake Coordinator at UCAN. The UCAN program for High Risk Infants and their families is closing, 8/31. We will also learn from Candace Greene-Browdy, Lake County Health Department Pandemic Health Navigator Program Coordinator on how to make referrals to the Department’s case managers.
