Join us learn about the Youth & Family Counseling's Atlas, a new resource designed for providers, case managers, medical professionals, school staff, parents, and individuals across Lake County to demystify how the mental health system works, explain what levels of care are available, learn about how to assess which level is most appropriate, and guide users on how to find a provider and access services. Within Atlas users will find many "maps" that together provide a comprehensive picture of the broad range of available mental health services, providers, care settings, and therapeutic modalities as well as information about paying for treatment, care coordination, implications of HIPPA, and how families can support those in treatment.

Learn how Atlas works and what inspired YFC to build this offering for the benefit of the entire Lake County community. An overview of the behavioral health levels of care will be provided.
