Attendees will gain a clear understanding of what Early Intervention is, hear the parent perspective, and learn how families and professionals can make referrals and access services. The session will highlight programs and resources available for children ages 0–3 who are experiencing physical or developmental delays. The presentation will be led by Stephanie Jimenez of the Lake County Health Department, Parent Liaison at Child and Family Connections #2, who supports families in navigating Illinois’ Early Intervention program. -
