Training for Clinical Supervisor

Loyola University Chicago's School of Social Work has been funded by the Healthcare Foundation of Northern Lake County to train social work supervisors in Northern Lake County. The Supervision Training and Education Program (STEP) is a collaborative effort with Adelphi University's Social Work Practice Fellows Program (SWPF). The first cohort will begin in March 2024. The grant will be used to build the skills and competencies of at least 24 supervisors at no cost to the participants or the healthcare and social service agencies/organizations where they practice.  In addition, participants will receive 36 hours of Continuing Education credit.  Programming is in-person and located at the University Center of Lake County.

Licensed Clinical Social Workers will be given priority when applying, but other clinical supervisors in social service agencies are also eligible.  For more information and to register, please check the Loyola SSW website and follow the links.   https://www.luc.edu/socialwork/
